Strawberry smash

Aromatic, fruity and refreshing. This summer drink is perfect as an aperitivo or a start in your weekend vibes. For this drink you will need:

30ml clarified strawberries*
150ml Tonic Soda
150ml Kaska
Basil leaves
2 ice cubes

*Our secret recipe for the clarified strawberries:
Blend half a cup of ripe strawberries. Once completely blended transfer to a filter to separate the liquid from the solids. We use a simple V60 method and a paper filter. Place the blend on the V60 and let it filter for about 2 hours and then pour over 100ml cold water. You should get about 50-80ml of clarified strawberries.

The star of our recipes. Just add a bit of spicy in your drinks and you will be welcomed into a world you never imagined. Savoury drinks with a light touch of sweetness. 

100ml orange juice
50ml overnight infused orange juice with green jalapeños
Hand full of mint
5 leaves of cilantro (optional)
2 tea spoons organic agave
100ml Kaska
Ice cubes

For the infusion: cute the jalapeños in fine lines and place them inside the orange juice overnight. Include the seeds too for the extra kick!

Mixing: Take a shaker and place the ice cubes together with the infusion, orange juice, mint, cilantro and the agave. Shake well until all ingredients are combined and cold enough. Strain and pour over a glass with 2 ice cubes. Add the Kaska and jalapeño to garnish. Keep the recipe as a secret and salud ;)
